Service Agreement (1)
A legal document agreed upon between a service provider and a user on rules for use of services, rights and obligations of both parties, contents of services, responsibilities and restrictions, etc. Users usually need to agree to use services. It is a binding contract that clarifies key contents such as service standards, exemption clauses, privacy policies, etc., and protects the rights and interests of both parties.
